The Book of Mormon follows two mismatched young missionaries from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, ambitious Elder Price and awkward, imaginative Elder Cunningham, as they are sent to a remote Ugandan village to spread their faith. Faced with poverty, disease, and a community more concerned with survival than religion, the pair's mission takes unexpected turns, blending outrageous humor with heartfelt moments.
