The story follows Kyra Marshall, a newcomer to the community, who proposes installing a stop sign on a picturesque block to address dangerous speeding. This seemingly simple suggestion ignites a series of heated debates among the nine members of the association, each with their own hidden agendas and hidden tensions. The play blends humor and social commentary, exploring how well-intentioned people can clash over issues ranging from historical preservation to traffic safely.
